This is a multi-pair instrument cable and thermocouple type J cable as well, our Israel Client need it for his automation equipment. It’s a complicated task, actually you need consider every pair we should put the shield, we adopted the drain wire and Aluminum foil for wrapping to satisfy shielding effect, after gathering 8 pairs we use a transparent mylar tape for binding, then make the cabling.

Color code we just follow the ANSI standard, and for constantan, must be careful do not confuse with type E, Type T, the three all use constantan as negative conductor, but they are totally different material.
